My current investments, and upcoming investing guide

I mean buying for 2.5% less than market and selling for 2.5% more making 5% profit.
Heard it somewhere and thought it would be good to try out.

Would you reccomend it?

5% profit of 40,000gp is 2k. If you want to, that's fine, but investing offers much larger profit margins then that.
