Ban

I'm Kingzit and I was banned by R2Pleasent for 'scamming' Netgamer. Netgamer paid me months ago for GP, and I gave him my account to do the transfering himself, he tried to steal my account so I waited 2 days for him to transfer the GP and then I recovered. When I recovered the account I found the GP was left on it, and I was waiting to speak with Netgamer to sort it out. At first I said he couldn't have the GP since he attempted to scam me, but then I PMed him on Sythe since he hadn't been on MSN for a while and told him to go on MSN and I would refund him. Instead of doing this he simply reversed his Paypal payment and got his money back, which I would of refunded if he just went on MSN. I believe that this ban has been given due to a misunderstanding between me and Netgamer which has been sorted out since then.

 

Uh huh. You never intended on giving back Netgamer's money. The reversal took place on October 9th, he reported you on October 1st. You had also offered to sell ME the GP around the exact same time you received the payment from Netgamer. This shows you had absolutely no intention of giving him what he paid for.
