IRL buddy of mine needs a hardcore account trained from scratch

Account Needed:
- MUST be hardcore & not die
- 1-99 FM via WT with fletching/construction levels & crates UNOPENED
- Following this hardcore guide from line #1 to line #556 - Ironman guide v3 - Pastebin.com

This is a bit of a one-off and will require some digging into this guide listed above. He is wanting this done up to line #556 and will pay extra for the quests/levels/etc.

I will be paying for him & he will be paying me directly. Therefore, it is like you are conducting business with me & terms must be followed.

Terms:
- If you cannot complete the order in full please do not post. I will not be paying out if an order is not completed 100%.
- NO BOTS. Hand-done ONLY. If the account gets banned you will be responsible. No payment will be made if the account gets banned.
- You will supply bonds/supplies.
- If training a hardcore please be advised there will be no payments & possible reimbursement owed on your end if the account dies (if membership was on the account and/or skilling prior done). I have no use for a non-hardcore.
- I will pay 5 days after completion of the account (to ensure there are no bans).
- I may require screenshots of levels/quests to ensure no bots are being used. Please ensure this is done.

Hi, did want to clarify - I have no problem having a MM hold the money until order is done & 5 day period to confirm no bans. I am still not interested in paying supplies/bonds.
