Hello. I have a prepaid visa card with Canadian dollars on it that needs to be moved into my Pay pal balance. These are non re-loadable gift cards that can't be charged back. In order to do this, I am seeking a fellow Canadian or simply someone with a Canadian pay pal account in order to help transfer the balance using f&f option without fees.
