Whats This Error?

the title is: scar.exe - Bad Image

then it says all this: C:\Program Files/Acer?Empowering Technology/eDataSecurity\x64\libeay32.dll is eaither not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system adminitrator or the software vendor for support


wtf does that mean??

PS:This comes up when i go on scar

 

Hmm that sounds like a pretty messed up download. reinstall scar and try to reinstall wherever that directory is.
