what are your pre-game habits before sporting events/ a big game your about to play in?

I drink dr. pepper and listen to lose yourself, sing for the moment, remember the name.

Before a sporting event? Probably have a beer with my friends and get ready to have a sick night. But if Im about to play in one, I make sure to find a player from the other team and kick them directly in the balls. It helps our team a lot, and theirs, not so much.

I don`t have any actual pre-game habbit, but be more specific with the sport.

I`ll sometimes pull off a vince carter and grab the mesh and lift myself up.

Lol as dumb as that sounds, its actually really good. I always make sure i've used to toilet before i play a sport (well at least when i'm playing it seriously).

I used to play ice hockey for a couple years and theres nothing worse than having to piss or something while playing a game, expecially since taking off all your ice hockey gear takes ages and feels disgusting when you have to put it back on since its all cold, wet and sweaty.

Other than that i just try to have a clear head so i can think straight. Like i don't go into a game thinking about anything other than the game, i don't care who's watching, what they think etc.

Back when I used to play basketball, I'd listen to music that would get me pumped up, pretty common though.

I don't think I had any pre-game habits when I used to play football.
Even tho if I was still playing football, I would most likely of listen to music before any of the games.

I used to drink 4-5 cans of coke, the caffeine helped me focus. And keep high energy levels.

I don't play sport, but if I'm in a gaming event (becoming less common) maybe a few cans of some brand of Guarana or Taurine energy drink. High amounts of caffeine = high amounts of focus.

I can't tell you how much coke is good for you, only like 42 grams of sugar (per can) un-natural caffeine, and that high energy, is just sugar... Oh and that carbonation stays in you blood for 6 weeks. In fact that normal O2 saturation for an avid coke drinker is only 92%-94%, smoking subtract about 6-4%, a healthy person is about 99%-98% (it can't be 100%, don't try and convince me that). And it rots your teeth out.

My pre-game is some kind of fruit; apples, oranges, peaches, or grapes. peanut butter. then music (depends...)
