    Hello,

    Wednesday Evening I sold 1500M OSRS gp to Ariba Gold. Before conducting the trade, one of the employees at Ariba Gold told me, that it may take a few hours for the money to be sent to me (PayPal). I then informed the employee that I am only able to conduct the trade, if he can guarantee me that I will receive the payment - latest(!) - the next morning. This is because I had a meeting the next day, for which the funds of this trade would be used for. The employee guaranteed me that the payment will be sent in 6hours (still further 6 hours away from the meeting), therefore I agreed.

    6hours later I contacted Ariba Gold again to remind them of the payment and the importance for me to receive it on time. The employee told me, that it will be done, latest(!), by 3hours.
    Again, I trusted the employee and returned 3hours later. This time I was told, that I will not receive the payment at all on this day, because they do not have any funds. If I was told that the money won't be delivered, I could atleast have canceled my appointment. I was upset and asked to be connected with the manager. The service at AG kept telling me, the manager is not available, only when I said I will turn to sythe, suddenly the manager was willing to speak to me.

    I informed him that it is very important for me to receive the payment on time, and that I only have 3 further hours to the meeting.

    The manager was in the chat for the whole time. At first he said the payment will be there after 1 more hour. After 1 hour he said it will be just another hour. And after this hour was up, I was told - again - to wait one hour.

    Now, my meeting happened and the money was still not delivered. I informed AG about this and asked them to atleast deliver the Gold now. Again I got the same excuse, to please wait a little longer.

    I waited until the evening (all of this is about 12hours ago now), and I was now informed, they cannot do any paypal payments right now. The employee prompted me to create a skrill account, or get access to BTC to receive the payment.

    I was seriously annoyed by this terrible service, therefore I open this thread here now. I am annoyed not because it has already been taking longer than a day to complete the payment, but because I have been promised, over and over again, the money would be delivered by a certain deadline, causing me to adjust my plans to it and having to spend half of my day with the AG support who try to get rid of me with false promises.

    Now the situation is: they apparently cannot complete the payment today either, even though the manager personally said, the payment is almost ready and will be sent immediatly - over and over again throughout the day.

    I want to receive my payment.

    I'm sorry for your issues but the user is banned already on Sythe. I have added this to their ban reason. Please update us if you get your payment.
