Leveling Slayer 13-55

Whats the fastest way to leveling slayer ? Cos right now i got a slayer assignment and i have to kill 30 birds . The problem is that birds are at Ape Toll and my Level 53 pure is unable to do quests to get to Ape Toll because hes a Obby Maul Pure & Quests give him attack levels & pray . What should i do to level to 13-55 slayer the fastest way ?

 

u can kill seagulls and other things for birds, doing slayer tasks will get u 55 fastest, obviously, and u can do one small favour for 2 10k xp lamps which u can put towards slayer

 

Birds are any bird...chickens, seaguls, terrorbirds. And slayer tasks are quickest.
