If your already at 73HP, I would recommend Botting at Pest Control. Or just Pest Control by hand. Really easy and fun exp, in my opinion .

Go for rock crabs (Hmm, I doubt you can afk there with 1def? Correct me if I am wrong). You will get good xp per hour + hitpoints hp. Good luck.

Vlad didnt you use rsbot for void? PC would be good if you can bot it. otherwise rock crabs

TBH get 5 Atk I've read its alot better to get 5 Atk on a guide from a well established Obby Mauler. Train at a mixture of the places you mentioned.

Secondly, get 55 slayer and train with staff on crabs

 

I got 2 attack BEFORE when every time you log out , it resets your mode to attack.
