Guide to Hunter 1-99.

Im new to hunting, Question: When you check places like the little boxes or w/e.. do you fight the monster thats inside or you just catch it? just wanna know cause im a skiller and if it has combat i cant do it lol

 

Nope. If you are a skiller and worried about combat bring a shortbow equiped with no arrows. This will prevent you from attacking anything even if auto-retaliate is on.

 

My question: Is it easy to get to 80 hunter? How long will you take?

 

Yes, it is quite simple to get to 80 Hunter.

It just takes a lot of patience.

IMO, it would take 4 days to get 80 Hunter at the most.

I did get 1-71 Hunter in 2 days ... so I think 71-80 can be done in less than 2 days.

 

No your wrong there, I did 1-65 in 1 day, and 65-70 the next day, but 70-80 can take 3-7 days (perhaps less if you play it 20+ hours a day and chinchompas are empty).

 

Was I talking about Chinchompas? No.

I am talking about Red Salamanders, and it is absolutely possible.

Level 70 is approximately 737K xp, and 80 being around 2M.

With getting 1-70 in 2 days where it's most difficult, does it seem logical that getting 1.3M would take 3 times as long?

Your explanation is flawed now, and my theory stands true.

 

Well I guess it might have been only me but 75+ hunter gets very hard (mainly boring I guess) but if you concentrate hard enough for like 4-5 hours a day its possible in 7 days I believe but I just gave up on it for a small time.

I bet he was saying 63-99 or 80-99 in a month; all things considered it took me a day to get 1-60 and another day to get 60-68. To get it in a week or two, you are basically taking for granted that chins would be empty and you are playing 6-10 hours a day with intense concentration. This is ridiculous as chins are always busy, and not many people play that many hours with intense concentration. A realistic goal is 63-99 in 3 weeks or 80-99 in 2 to 3 weeks. I read your guide again, liked it again. I'd give it a 9/10, because although I thought the guide was perfect, listing some alternate methods for people who might not want to train that way rigidly would be helpful. Personally, one of my alts has 99 hunter and I know this is the best way, so don't fret. Just though it might be helpful.

Nice guide , but i have a question - maybe some where is a place to hunt with 48 hunt in wilderness ? Because i have borowing gloves and i want to get good xp =)

Ah but red salamanders is about the same pace, maybe a bit faster until level 70 or so where chinchompas (if empty) become both good cash and equal experience. I would list that as an alternate method, but the guide is still good.
