TOS:

2. You are not allowed to break any other Runescape rules.
3. You must refund me everything if you lose hardcore status on the account. (this is almost impossible)
4. You must go first unless i find you trusted enough. We can use middleman at your cost.
5. You must refund me everything if the account gets banned by you.
6. You are not allowed to change the display name of the account.
7. You are not allowed to change the e-mail address and/or the password of the account.
8. You are not allowed to talk/interact with other players.

 

Could do minnows if you're happy to pay at a decent rate.
