cant get past password when recovering error

just got my account hacked while trying to sell it.

now trying to get it back and i cant get through recovery just getting same error message no matter how many times and what i try Yes im doing the exact same passwords



right know the fucker is probly dying in bh to a mate with my items

 

It used to be that you could change the pass while the account was logged on.
But I think that got nerfed.
