    In response to Nathan's question, I proxy when I am in school because Sythe is blocked, and my home internet IP was blocked a little bit ago so I proxied in then. I really dont know what premises I have been banned under ><

    You're responsible for your IP; if there are other banned accounts on your IP chances are you won't be unbanned unless you can prove it was a public computer.
