Need help with 2fa

I warrantied my phone out and when i opened google authenticator my sythe wasnt there anymore. I need help getting back into my account so i can update my 2fa. my account name is Undead Kings, i can answer any needed questions.

 

• Post from a home IP
• Recovery phone number*
• Current email address
• Skype/Discord used in the past or present**
• If you have donated directly through PayPal;
  • Transaction date and amount
  • PayPal email

I broke the hell out of my phone and no longer have access to the 2fa recovery code,

I used this IP a bunch on the account

As mentioned in the sticky, we will need two or more information from you in order to remove the 2FA.

"**Third party account access (such as email and Skype/Discord) are not substantial verification methods - the whole point of registering 2FA to your account is to have EXTRA security past regular recovery methods."

So I will need more information from you prior to removing the 2FA.

• What are your previous ISP/Log in locations?
• I see that you were once logged in from a university IP, do you have proof that you attended this university?

If you can not provide the above, then you MUST prove without a reasonable doubt that you are the true owner of your account. If you are unable to do this, your 2FA will NOT be removed.

 

Need help with 2fa
[redacted] for the university i might have something that says i went there, most of my logins were from [redacted] and then moved around to [redacted] then up to [redacted] and so on all in the same state, i use a hotspot on my pc a lot aswell [redacted]

 

Please post the proof of you attending said university when you get a chance.

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
