Well i'm in the mood to make an rs help-site.

The things ill need:

See i know this is a large team but im 100% devoted for this to come true.
The site will be a help site kinda like runehq tip it and zybez.
but we will offer a black market powerlevling gold selling.

I will be paying for everything.
the project will start with 100 dollars as budget and
as we go along ill raise the budget.

 

$100 isnt enough for a vps.. only enough for a domain a vps is what you need and tbh if u think u can raise $175 ~ for a decent vps monthly ill gladly moderate or do some graphics and html or php

 

I can get a VPS for $20 a month ...

 

Better question: Why would he even need a VPS at the beginning (or maybe even ever) if he's just hosting a Runescape Help Site and such. All he really needs is a reasonable hosting package that costs 5-15$/month.

 

100$ is more than enough for a VPS, but the thing is, a site like that would work on a free-host...

You're in the "mood" to create a site? What would happen once you're bored? Just give it all up? Things don't work like that. . .

And your site isn't even going to be that big (at least when it starts) so I doubt you would need that many people; maybe one or two people who have general php knowledge should suffice.

Of all the jobs, why are you taking the easiest one? This will be your site, you can't expect other people to do the harder jobs for you, especially when they won't even get paid. . .

I can mod The forums if any how. You also don't need a VPS Right away Upgrade only when needed, because you might just waste money. I was actually going to do one myself.~
