[REWARD!] Driver Issues [REWARD!]

Well I downgraded my Gateway Vista Home Premium to a warez-ded XP Lite which came with practically no drivers. So it's been like forever since then, and I managed to get my USB drivers working and my display, but I have no sound whatsoever.

My model number (according to the back of my laptop) "W350A" I was running Home Premium. {Which according to Google doesn't fuck fuck fuckedy exist}

I'm tired as fuck of no sound, and I'd appreciate any help, I will be giving up to
$10 if it works flawless, depending on how fast you gimme an answer or step by step help.

You're running XP now so you would need an XP version...

Try downloading this hotfix from Microsoft first, it worked when I downgraded to XP:

Before you install it:

Right-click My Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager

Keep that window on top and see if any new device pops up when installing. Let me know.

Unfortunately I'm stumped on how to help you. My only suggestion is that you back up all your data and format and do a reinstall with a less chopped-down warez copy of XP.

Go to realtek.com -- > HD Codecs drivers --> Accept -->

XP --> Windows 2000, Windows XP/2003(32/64 bits) Driver only (Executable file)

Vista --> Vista Driver(32/64 bits) Driver only (Executable file)

Other stuff..

Try going to Gateway.com -- > put your mouse on support button --> and some thing should come down -- > CLick on drivers and downloads --> Enter your serial key and you should get a list of drivers on XP or Vista download the sound one.

** make sure to turn off your anti virus. i got those msgs when i downloaded from realtek.com turns out it was my AV
