Terms and services

1-The service MUST be paid before starting!

2- When a service exceeds 100M, you can pay half of the service for progress equal to this payment. After completing this progress, you must pay the rest of the service to continue, or another partial payment if necessary.

3- The client will provide everything necessary for the service. Unless stated otherwise and agreed upon.

4-.When you place an order for our services, you accept and acknowledge that you must eliminate any unnecessary WEALTH from the account, otherwise I will not be liable.

5-. You CANNOT sign in to the account while performing a service unless you have the permission of the owner who manages the service. If you log in without permission, it will result in the end of the service WITHOUT ANY REFUND

6-. If I decide not to complete the order, I will refund the remaining value. (Except for reasons that do not comply with my terms and service, Example: Refusing to leave training supplies, entering the account without my permission).

7-. You must change the account password once the service is complete

8-. Any account prohibition when performing services before, during or after is NOT OUR LIABILITY. We will be happy to provide all the screenshots to show that it is handmade and using Runelite and Osbuddy clients. NO REFUND.

9-. All requests must be made through our Ticket Tool You can find this at #service-request . You must not place private orders with my team, any order placed without my knowledge, I will not be responsible.

10-. You know that, like any company, Fredd Service has a team of workers selected and identified with the role
Supervisor, Moderator, Employee, Test Worker, I FREDD; I reserve the sole and sovereign right to use my staff in the training of their service when and as they deem appropriate.

11-. If my worker does not perform adequately in his service, I reserve the sole and sovereign right to choose another worker that I consider more appropriate for the timely development of his service.

12-. We are not responsible in the event that unwanted levels are obtained in your runescape account or the possibility of loss of your HC during our services. This is due to several factors, among others; Internet problems, Jagex errors or any other reason not mentioned above.

13-.We always give the client an approximate time of how long a service will last, however, if it is not performed in the indicated time, I am not obliged to return any type of compensation.

14 -. Please note that when you place an order with us, you are signing a contract that results in an automatic agreement to these terms of service.​
