Lj23 - Scammer

I was swapping him a XboxLive account with 18k MicrosoftPoints. He was supposed to give me a Runescape account 99range/mage. I went first and was scammed, he used all but 40 points, so he used 18k basically. I recovered the account after he used them, and he said he was going to send info to the runescape account but never did and deleted me from his friends list.
