Help With Selling/Problems

I want to sell an account but there is a couple problems.
My friend gave me this account on myspace. He said he quit because he has no time. But there is recoveries and I dont know any of his info. and i want to know also what it is worth and stuff. I dont know any other info that people would like if i sold it.. would people buy it w/o any previous info? and heres acc and offers if idk
