    Scammer's profile link: Dylleramz
Explanation of the trade: Boosting CSGO XP on a monthly 24/7 basis
Amount scammed: Approximately $330USD + Account Cost
Proof that it's their Discord: Screen capture - 3546f40ecacfa63cb39ddb6908e0e1af - Gyazo
Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: Welenely#0536 | Unique Discord ID: 393336865014677504

    How they scammed:

I want to immediately note that this trade was done off-site on another trading forum where he is a verified member (i'm not sure if i'm allowed to name it so I won't). I currently have an open scam dispute there but as he has an account here I also want to open one here to ensure no-one gets scammed by him.

This thread will be long and might get confusing. I have done my best to gather as much evidence as possible and to post it here in the initial post in as concise a format as I can, to make it easier on whoever is reviewing this.
One thing I want to say immediately is that I have not attached the proof of the payments I have sent to Dylleramz (who goes by the Discord name 'Welenely') because I do not expect these to be contested by him, as it's obvious I did pay him and that's not what we are disputing here. If he does contest these, of course I will upload these and I have them all saved and put aside if that need arises. I don't want to overflow this dispute with 1,000 photos that will do nothing but confuse the Administrator responsible for reviewing it.

On April 15th Dylleramz and myself started doing business in regard to Boosting my CSGO account. I approached him only two days prior on April 13th, and from there we moved onto Discord. I have attached screenshots with his unique Discord ID.

The deal we had was simple: For $160USD/month he would boost my account 24/7 and farm xp. This would generate approximately 2,000wins per month.
Eventually we moved onto him boosting two accounts for me for $220/month (From June 30th to be precise).
Worth noting is that I gave him my login info for this to happen as it was 24/7 boosting and he needed full control.

I am not disputing the service. His service was superb and I never had any issues with it.

My issue arose last Friday morning (Australia time, so Thursday for almost everyone reading this) when Dylleramz messaged me that the two accounts he was boosting for me got Community Banned on Steam (please see screenshot):

As you can see from the above screenshot, he admitted that 25 of his other accounts got locked as well. I want to add here, that not only did my two accounts get locked but also a friend of mine who was getting boosted with the two accounts of mine got locked at the same time. That little photo he sent me on discord above, telling me the accounts got locked, was presumably sent to my friend first, then he just sent the photo to me (he could not even be bothered to write it to me, after I spent hundreds of dollars boosting with him).

It is clear as daylight that the lock is due to his own negligence, and Steam came down on him for breaking their terms and conditions and locked all of the accounts associated with him.

I want to make this point very clear: This is not an inherent risk with boosting, but an act of negligence of the booster.

If an account seller gets all their accounts locked, and the last 5 accounts they sold also get locked then that is on them, and they are due to refund the people who bought from them. It is the same thing for an account booster.
My account got locked due to my booster's negligence and in the same way that someone who's account is recovered/locked is entitled to a refund, so am I.

In proof of my above point I can say that I got one of the two accounts recovered through Steam Support by showing Proof of Purchases. They did not state that the initial community ban was due to boosting (which is what Dylleramz is wanting to claim I am sure), but they admitted it seemed as though my account was hijacked and restored ownership to me.
They would not have restored ownership to me if the initial community ban was due to boosting, as this is against their TOS.
I can send proof of this to an admin privately as I don't want to send a steam support ticket across the internet.
If the community ban was due to boosting they would have told me I broke the terms and conditions, instead they "looked into it" and saw that the account was banned together with 25 others in an operation against someone selling/hoarding accounts and assumed it was stolen from me.

As I managed to recover one account, I am only seeking damages for the one account I lost.

I am requesting all the money I paid for that account to be boosted be refunded to me plus the account's cost. I am not asking for the money from the account I recovered back.

The account I lost was a 4 digit Steam account with 24 Genuine Pins on it, some of them valued at $200USD each.
Anyone who is fluent in the market price of Steam Accounts knows what a 4 digit is worth, especially a 4 digit with those pins on it.

I do not want this thread to descend into an argument on costs and to move away from the pressing issue, so I propose we first settle who is at fault and then I can lay out the exact sums I invested in that 4 digit with Dylleramz and how much the account cost me.

The final bit of proof I want to add is an edit he made to his sales thread on the other marketplace platform I mentioned earlier. He made this edit on Friday (or Thursday for everyone outside of Australia) on his Terms of Service (TOS):

This is what it looked like before Friday (the day all his account got Steam Community Banned):

I want to add here that he did not update his Sythe thread so it can still be viewed without the disclaimer on the Steam Community Bans:

CS:GO BOOSTING - WIN BOOSTING FROM 0.5$/MATCH XP BOOSTING, SERVICE MEDALS

This is clear evidence that Dylleramz knew that he was in the wrong with the Community Ban, and tried to save his own skin in the case I made this report. This is an unacceptable level of dishonesty.

He even has a line at the end that states that if an account gets banned during SOLO boosting (this is what my boosting was - DUO boosting refers to the player playing on his own account as stated in the above screenshot) then that account will get compensated.

If Dylleramz did nothing wrong why did he go back and edit his TOS? Does he really think that updating his TOS after he has done business with someone makes them valid?
