Fake vouch/Multiple accountsq

Okay so, I was banned for a fake vouch and multiple log-ins:

1.The vouch was for 1-40 wc...Cant you let me just delete it?
2. He posted it. He was later banned. Maybe the post got deleted.
3. I was banned once before for multiple accounts. Shredder un-banned me because there was enough proof that I was using a public computer.
