He has full access to the account now, he's changed the email back to his own and changed the password and was online yesterday.

 

When I try and recover the account, the recovery email that I instructed him to change it to is clearly not correct

I was unfriended on runescape when I messaged him there, I was also blocked on discord, as well as no responses form him via forums. As I stated before he's bumped his post to try and "resell" the account.
