Its one of my first things in photoshop.

Ive used gimp alot though.

 

way to have 0 flow.
not to be mean but nothing goes. try making your own backgrounds instead of c4ds, and when using c4ds try making them look more natural. if everything mastched color wise it would look pretty decent.

is white thing under render, part of the render?

 

For a first photoshop, its decent.
I dont suggest using fractal brushes, they just have no flow.

 

No blending whatsoever, and posters usually have bold text. Lacking text. Also lacking flow like others mentioned.
