Worth comming back to RS?

Im an old timer. Played RS long before BH and all that anti RWT crap...

But now i see allot of changes like PK servers which sounds interesting. But is Runescape worth comming back to?



Im thinking about starting a new accoutn and start botting. But i dunno if i wanna waste the time.

Any tips on what i should do and how you feel about the game? also what bots do you use? Free or pay too use?

 

rsbot if you wanna start botting and no its not worth coming back. youll just get addicted or something

And all other mmos never catched me like runescape kinda. Maybe it was cause i was young back then tho. But i hope i can relive runescape.

 

RS has a special charm which, while drowned in kid-friendly bullshit, is still nice in short doses.

The new PvP is exactly like the wilderness but if you PK for the drops don't expect much since the tables are crappy (Getting a rune kiteshield when both PKers wielded Armadyl Godswords). Ask anyone on the forums.

I suggest using RSBOT to bot for money, then blowing it on PKing.

 

Oh and one more question.

I am now using Ubuntu does the bot work good on that? And could i get a link ? or is it this one http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=367335

And i think i will use my moms laptop (windows xp) to bot i guess.

 

pretty much summed it up.. If you come back to RS dont actually work at making your better. Just use Rsbot to train until you have mills and a good pker and blow money on Runescape's dilluted version of pking. Belive me RS is still fun when you dont take it serously.

 

yeh just come back for the pk worlds and im useing a pc script and its brilliant on my 109 and its good that it cna get u cash without doing nothing especially when u got 99 fish and cook . so yeh do it

Well, considering ur botting ur not really wasting time in the first place. In my opinion it is worth coming back, its quite fun even if u dont make money with the new pvp system. Bh is also good if ur a med lvl rune pure/barrows pure, or a low lvl pure. high crater is just high crater. hope i helped

Yeah i kinda restarted. Lvl 12 or some like that. Str/attack pure so far. Done also that new players help "quest" to sell 26 logs then tin now im getting leather gloves lol.

 

Pking is ALMOSt as fun as before(not as fun because most of the spots where everyone pk's at is small area so as soon as you are either about to get a pk or get one your instantly attacked, alot of bh people who werent around with normal wildy are pking and they have no type of honor or any of the other things that used to go on.

As everyone else said, best thing would be to auto/scrip or what ever u want to call it for money and then enjoy pking.

Right now im using rsbot and autoing pc points on my pure, if im banned for good then oh well i'll just stop playing, but its nice to be able to get good xp, money, and etc while not being at your computer :S

 

I look at it this way...If you quit when RS was in its prime and much more fun. I doubt you would like it now.

 

Come back now only if you enjoy pking alot, if not. then it's not worth your time.

I have one problem tho. I enyoy using the RSBot it works awesome. Tho i cant get it to work on ubuntu/linux. I tried with wine and all. i instaled java and everything in wine and so on. So it should work. I think...

Im still kinda new to ubuntu so hopefully someone of you can help me with this.
(aka no pro coding stuff unexplained )

 

rsbot for botting. n nah dnt come back if u have a lower lvl acc, it aint relli worth it. its good sometimes. but all the ge and trade limit stuff kinda killed it =[

 

I don't suggest botting as you will eventually get caught out.

 

Runescape isn't worth playing for short-term, in my suggestion anyway.

 

I guess but pking isnt as profitable as before.
