Anybody dumb enough to purchase any sort of account without first scan deserve to be locked. You can't really blame someone for getting it locked if you invested money into it, it's satisfying to see jaredc and burtonj do work in my opinion. Also the one chinczyk isn't from netherlands, he is from poland.

@ktenneh all I can say is if you're looking to purchase an account make sure it has the first scan. Original email isn't required aslong as you know what it is.
