Is "Chris" that goes on RuneChat the scammer Chris Kane? I remember reading up that Orph (moderator of the website) was giving fake vouches to Chris Kane's accounts so he could scam.

So if someone is banned offsite like OSB then they are normally banned here as well, correct? Does the opposite take place like if they are banned here then they are also banned offsite? Only asking because Runechat has one of the top ads on OSB.

Was this within the same country or did someone fly across the world to kick this off? If the latter, then that is much worse given the money, resources and time spent to fly across the world for that (regardless it is not acceptable and retarded to turn up at a staff member's place of work for online drama).
