My dispute - Shredder read please.

Well, I'll start at the beginning, I was purchasing 340M RS GP off mehike, we agreed to a price of $2 each, everything went ok. mehike specifically asked me to send money via Western Union, as I was extremely busy during that period of time, I had my father mail the money, I did not think much of it, after some time, mehike had told me the money still hadn't arrived, I sent around $600 in the mail and sent the rest, around $80, via Western Union, which all went smoothly, mehike states himself that he does believe I sent the money, there is a 75% chance that customs took it, since cash in mail isn't allowed in Estonia, and I didn't have a return address, so that would be my fault, and 25% that it got past customs and arrived safely.

The mail did probably did not "coincidently" get lost as some may think, twese two things above could have happened, there is a slight chance it could have gotten lost, however Royal Mail are a experienced company and I doubt that happened.

After I was banned the first time, Shredderbeam told me the only way to resolve the issue was to agree to mehike terms, he wanted half the money to end the situation, which was $340, I sent him this money via Western Union and after he confirmed it with Shredderbeam, I was unbanned, Shredderbeam then told me I had to pay him the full amount back, so I sent another $340 via Western Union, about 2 days later, I was rebanned by Pen, when everything had been sorted.

"Reasons I was deadmined:
1. Constant difficulty in communicating with you
2. Proceeding with actions without proper approval
3. A drop in activity
4. Allegations of corruption and accepting bribes
5. Allegations of scamming"

While being banned, I have still successfully managed to buy roughly 130M, and sell roughly 230M, with them going first, if need be, I can have these people vouch for me. If you need to ask me any questions, feel free to ask.

 

You were told to use WU, you decided to go with mail, and then it "happened" to get lost.
