When getting a paybycash pin

    When getting a paybycash pin
    like for example, someone is selling my a pbc pin. Are they going to need my password if they were legit sellers?

    When getting a paybycash pin
    I think you mean paybyphone pin. Anyways when you paybyphone they'll give you a pin which will activate your membership. Whoever is selling you the pin does not need to be on your account.

    In short, no.
