If he could control his actions, he wouldn't be CONSIDERED MENTALLY RETARDED. How the fuck can he control his emotions? I think it's fake though, because generally people like him are not allowed to go into public buildings without a guide, unless they have proven at least some understanding of right and wrong.

I have a friend with Down Syndrome, and while it's pretty tough to communicate, and he does sometimes like take my stuff and throw it out, if you take away the mental differences, he's a really funny and great guy. SO don't go knocking on people with less mental capacity than you dude. It's not fucking cool.
