Unlocking my account

Well i bought this char august 9th set recovs bought members with my personal paypal and set bankpin and etc.So on sept 2nd the pass is changed but recovs were still the same it was weird.Someone had been Bhing on it lol so i recov it back and nothings missing actually gained a mill i guess then bam next day locked.Sent appeal.--> Appeal Status: Denied

Anyway i can get around this or anything i need to say since it doesnt say i need to provide anything?

 

They just told you to not send another request to unlock the account, unless you have new highly-compelling evidence that you're the owner. So no, unless you have all the past info don't even bother sending them another request.

 

I would wait till that other person unlocks it cause supposedly they know you well enough to get your password so they must know the information so when they get it unlocked get on, find the ip and find out who's doing that.

Also, after a while Jagex tends to unlock appeals with more ease when more time has passed.

 

What "highly-compelling evidence" should i give them usually they ask for ips and junk didnt ask me for anything =/

They aren't supposed to. You are supposed to give them that stuff. But if i were you, I would say you moved, and that is why you have 2 different IP's but make sure it is well thought out and don't make it look sloppy.
