Ok for all you he has 1 summoning.. He hasnt done quest...So this means that the icon will not appear and therefore all he needs is a proof of party hat and he is legit.

 

Alrighty this is what I think,

1 - The Phat looks a little faded and kinda skinny

2 - That might or might not be a firecape, you can get away with a red cape if your looking at it from the right side.
