How to write a proper essay.

Hi,here is my guide on how to write a proper essay,i will also inclue a word document for those who like the guide,here we go!

Getting prepared​

The guideline I observed being truly helpful is changing your attitude towards the assignment you got from your teacher or professor. Stop thinking its boring, don't be lazy and try to find something interesting in the topic you are about to develop. "There are no boring subjects, there are boring people". Don't be one. ^_^

Getting started and moving on​

Before you start developing your essay, look once again at the topic you have selected or have been assigned. It is important to know what type of paper you are expected to produce.

Finishing touches​

Now that you have finished your essay and done a great deal of work, it's important that you don't screw up submitting it without spell checking or proofreading. No matter how hard you tried on the context, you may not get an "A" just because you didn't format the paper or misspelled several words.

Some tips:​

Dont plagiarize things WORD BY WORD (if you do choose to google you're essay,dont do it every single word,change some words around :noworry: )

Please spell and grammar check your work.

Also: please change your fonts/colors. They make it hard to read and it hurts my eyes. Also, quality not quantity; do not try to make it look so big.

Where's the guide?? It goes from figuring out what type of essay you are producing (or supposed to produce) to the finishing touches. What about the actual essay?? Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't your guide on how to write a "proper essay." This guide tells us nothing in support of your title. Expand on this a LOT.

What types of essays are there? What is their general format? What are some different "standard formats" (Such as MLA) that can be used in essays? etc.

I second that. Another thing you could add is information about the essay; thesis statements, topic sentences, sentence structure - I thought this was going to try to help people get an A on essays. This is a waste of a read :O

 

change your colors and your size.. its too big and people will not get attracted to it

 

It is not about attraction, it is about quality, though this guide is lacking it.

Good contribution to the thread. I mean I'm sure this is great constructive criticism. Seriously though, don't make your text so HUGE and your color so UGLY and your content so SHITTY. This is basically the guide on "what to think about BEFORE writing a proper essay" -- the actual steps of writing the essay are totally missing :O
