You can have 99 all combat stats with 10 hp

Its also possible to get 99 range at 10hp. Theres a thread on zybez about a guy trying to get 99 range, and 99 slayer at 10hp. I think he is 90 range now.

Barbarian fish for str, and cannon for range, and alch for mage? You could max all those and get 99 prayer, it'd take like 2 years.

 

i tihnk if you had no other stats besides 99 mage you would be cbt lvl 16
i know for prayer if you just lvl that up to 99 your lvl 16 not sure if its the same

I dont find 10hp 99mage to be useful other than spending more money casting non cb spells and showing off

 

keep it up this is a good idea.

 

Remember you can train attack/strength/defence with genie lamps and quests. You'd just have to train it like slayer. Ranged can also be trained with a canon. Nice pic.

Very nice, do some range with a cannon to get black hides, will look cooler

 

He can train other stats too by getting cmb 40 and repearing stuff.

 

Strength -> Barb fishing
Ranged -> Cannon
Magic -> Alch
