Good Training Spots For 70-99 Strength

Looking for places to train from 70-99 on a pure of mine 1 def fast and mabye good afk i cant do bandits or rock crabs

 

You can't really afk with 1 def

 

yeah i cant really afk. and u cnt do bandits, um, not much other places really...

 

Only place is expiriments or Pc BUt you cant AFK there

 

AFK in the stronghold where all the spiders are.

 

Yup, propably flesh crawlers if you have high enough hp.

 

They stop attacking you after 30 min. or so.

 

There really are no AFK training zones for one defense pures. I suggest getting super attack pots and training at experiments.

 

It is not for a defense pure....

All you have to do is run a couple of rooms or until the "loading - please wait" screen comes up

 

Do pc takes like 1-2month there to get 99

 

Try experiments or flesh crawlers. They dont really use much food.

you can semi afk pc, but without afk'n id recommend experiments

 

Go to bandits crowded but easty to afk.

 

If you're rich enough, Bandits with p pots to semi-afk.

 

I am afking at ape atoll monkeys on my rune pure.. Pray and prosylete ftw!

For 1 defense use monk robes and hope you have 52+ prayer.
