im getting my mage up but...

Ok so i currently have 74 mage but my goal is anywhere in between 82-94 i can afford it but before i start buying all of the yew longs and nats i would like to know is there something else i can do that won't lose me as much money? as long as it offers just as much xp or more im happy.

Buy spirit terrorbird pouches at lowest and alch them, you only lose like ~100gp per alch

 

Well personally, if I were you:

GO FREAKING SKILLER.

If you made all your nats a few things would happen: 1) One you would profit so much out of getting this 99 skill. 2) You would have RC as your next skill, still making a load of money.

If not set up with a bulk seller on Sythe, I have seen a few business that will sell you at a decent price and redeem back through BH.

But if you want to go the whole Runescape route:
Try to buy one and make the other.

RC the runes and buy bows to alch.
Or make bows and buy runes to alch.

Well humidifying, is a better way then alching, you loose only couple of gp more but its way faster, if you look at humidifying guides it will show you, how to humidify fast, and it gives way more exp. I hope i helped.

well ya but i dont have lunar diplomacy done i plan on doing it soon enough tho maybe this weekend

 

uuuh isn't that like 100k lost per 1k alchs? well it's not too bad if i would only be doing like 20-30k alchs i guess but still quite a bit

 

Go to FOG its slow but no money needed. Thats the cheepest way to train mage. Also you could just High Alch Magic Longs you loss less money but you cant do a lot at one time. You could always get up fletching to around 70 or something like that and make money off it.

 

Doubt anybody would tell you the good way... as hundreds will know that way also.

 

it might not be the best way but you could go to the fist of guthix and not loose any money

I believe you can enchant diamond bolts, and you lose little to no profit, better xp.

 

nah i dont let anyone on my account and im fine with alching i dont mind doing it it's just i didn't know what to alch or what to do

 

What I would do is skill everything you need.

 

I'd say do Lunar Diplomacy and Dream Mentor, and then Humidify. You earn quite a bit of money, and it's just a tiny bit slower than alching.

 

Alching addy plate it hink you only lose 10 gp per alch?

 

With all the generic items rising so much due to pvp its hard to not lose much money alching now.

well i did a little test on that i had 15k in inv bought 1 addy plate and 1 nat and i lost like 300gp
