Guy scammed me for osrs account over 200$ involved

Hey, this guy sold me two accounts waited a few months and then recovered them both somehow, he has the emails etc. I however, have the messages showing our transactions and his personal info, facebook etc. What should I do from here?

Report him immediately using the link PrizFord provided. However, I would be cautious at actually buying another account again. Its really hard to buy any RS3 account that the seller will never recover. Eventually, a few years from now or more, it will be recovered. If you value your money, just keep it and enjoy the game in itself. Just my 2 cents.
