I know the guy who is blaming me of scamming

First of all, I know the dude, I told him that he could sell the account because he knows how to, i don't. I offered him money to do it, not as a service of him, but as a friend. While he was selling the account he was very on top of me to buy the osrs gold, and I thought he did it only because I was offering money, not that he is a friend who couldve done it for free.

How the f**k have i scammed him? Because i didnt want to give him the money? If he was servicing me of selling the account which i BOUGHT from him, then I understand why it's a scam, it's his "job" to sell it, and he wants something in return. But he and i was friends, we shared alot of accounts togheter, we talked every day etc.

He is making so you will think its a scam by saying that it was basically a service.

If it was a servive, where is the "contract" which you always should have to prove its a service?

He didnt offer his help in exchange for money, I told him after that i could give him, because its very nice of him to sell it for me.
