Phishing

While looking at the sythe.org rule list I did not come across a conclusion that phishing is not allowed. Until reading the third time I noticed the one line about scamming. I thing it should be more dominant that selling phishing scripts and accounts etc. is not allowed.

May i make this clear (And what i do Outside of sythe is my own business)
I do not consider it scamming And it is NOT ILLEGAL unless money is involved I have read countless things about it and have been phising for a few years now , I Know what you can and cant do and i would just like people to stop commenting on phising itself when you obliously know nothing about it , before you even say anything i am talking about spam posts like phising sucks etc.

 

What if the account you phished was a member before? They paid 5 dollars... So isn't money involved then?

 

yes but i do not steal the account (which they spent the money on) i simply Take the cash leave a mil or two on it and leave i never change the passes

 

Phishing would be illegal. In many cases this falls under the scamming rule, it is more than obvious that it would not be allowed here because it is illegal, as well is a form of scamming.
