Jonny cash scammer - botting infraction and cleaned my bank

Explain the service: I was supposed to pay 33.3m osrs gp for 54-72 agility.
Amount scammed: I received a botting infraction and he cleaned my bank for about 180m.

Note: was hard to get him to admit to anything, but last screenshot shows him panicking and he created some inconsistencies in his story. I told him I never botted and then he tried to accuse me of getting the infraction myself, even though i'm paying him to train something for me... hmmm...

 

Why didn't you report this loser? I could still had a clean account.

Nice proof bro. I admitted to botting IN THE PAST, earlier I said "I don't bot." This scum bag's just trying to talk his way out of this, that's why he wouldn't admit anything on discord. I don't have a lot of proof but I think it's enough vs his no proof.

Was the 33.3m OSRS paid for the agility training or was this supposed to be paid upon completion?

 

it was still on the account when it got banned i hadnt removed it yet. as id only gained 2 levels. obviously hes not going to say its on there though.

The 33.3m was in the inventory when I gave it to him. I said "supposed" because he took the rest of my bank as well.

You were paid by your own admission; it's your responsibility to take that payment and move it to your own account if you didn't initially accept it through a trade. Please post proof of the two agility levels you trained, if you don't have proof the full 33.3m needs to be returned back to @Gwoms

 

So he gets to bot 2 agility levels, take my bank, and he just need to refund 33m? Meanwhile I'm down 150m, lost about 3m nmz points in imbues, and have a botting infraction on an account that has never been logged into a botting client? I don't care about the money anymore, just ban this guy please.

i cant actualy provide pictures because i have a new laptop which i can provide proof of if needed i did this on my other laptop which is broke so i cant get the screenys?

 

You'll need to return the 33.3m back to @Gwoms for the incomplete service, if he doesn't want to accept it then It'll go towards community repayment

I received 34m OSRS from @Jonny cash and this was returned to @Gwoms for the incomplete service. Unfortunately who removed the remaining wealth can't be proven, as it could have been anyone or a third party - this is the risk you take when buying services; excess wealth should always be removed before hand.

As you don't have any ToS to protect yourself from botting bans and you also failed to inform Gwoms to remove excess wealth prior to the start of the service, you'll receive a TWC.
