Good Video Editor?

Does anyone know a real good video editting program? Like i want a good program that does more than basic stuff but is still easy enough to use and understand its features. I hate windows movie maker because its so basic and your extremely limited in what you can do.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

I hear Sony Vegas, and Adobe After Effects are both really good editors.

After Effects is the shit. expensive but completely worth it.

 

Sony Vegas is awful compared to After Effects, Premier Pro, and Final Cut.

I love sony vegas pro. Also if you need one for FX get adobe after effects. Final cut pro is also one of the best ones.

Sony vegas imo Ive never tried Adobe After Effects I'll prolly give it a go one day.

Yeah, Adobe really is superior to any other video editting software. Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 is really, really good, and I'm sure you could find a torrent for a cracked version, if you want to do it the stingy way.

 

Hahah yeah i was planning on torrenting it. If i was gonna use it all the time or anything i'd buy it, but its just for the rare occaision that i make vids for tafe. Like when i'm doing a presentation its good to have vids.

 

My god I have Vegas Pro 8.0 and it truly does suck. Id go for After effects or Final Cut.
