    apparently swimmin isnt the best cause although there aint presure, it is like in "air" so it can bend in bad directions

    that's realllly gonna hurt, i tore my ACL skiing, but because i have a high pain threshold, i managed to ski on it for 4 days afterwards, and got the plane back with it, theres no NHS in austria ;-)

    It helps when your in muscle recovery you do not want pressure, and in the water you are buoyant unlike air.

    When my dad had knee surgery it took him a couple months to recover.. and then he hurt it again and had to have another surgery... good luck to ya, I hope it heals fast if u do have to have surgery
