Too many vouch threads are being bumped.

 

Vouch threads are the least of our problems.

 

It may not seem like it helps at the moment, but in the near future you will notice the difference.

What is the new staff system supposed to do anyways?

It's supposed to make sections more... "self-sufficient." In the sense that there will be more moderators for a certain section depending on its activity... It's supposed to grow to the point that there is/are moderators for a certain section at all times (from what I know.)

Like, vouch threads for example. Nathan or X9 (I think he mods spam forum) may not be on, but in the future when another sectional or two is added, vouch threads won't last that long without getting locked...

That's what I think I'm not sure about what it's supposed to do.

 

i think maybe u need to "hire" more people... give them very limited powers and see how they go... i mean i am on sythe alot and don't have alot to do... holidays are coming up... just out of interest but what is the "main" problem?

 

Reasons why you should not be staff.

1. You have a vouch thread.

2. You break the rules (incredibly large signature).

3. You don't care enough about how you post in the grammatical/spelling sense.

4. You just asked for it.

5. You should get the picture at this point.

That's the whole point of the new system. Team leaders "hiring" sectionals.
