GFX IRC Channel!

Well, I am tired of seeing crappy work in this section, just because the people who make them have no one to teach them. Sure, they people criticize their work, but that is more like being judged by a panel of judges (most of whom don't even judge well), and they learn hardly anything from it. So how could they be taught rather then judged?

A while back, I was trying to make a signature, and it turned out crappy. So I then asked for a friend for help on MSN. It was great, I felt like I was being taught instead of trying to learn styles from tutorials.

So where could we go to be taught by people who know how to make good graphics? MSN is good, by why not make an IRC channel for it? That way, people can post their Works in Progress, and have them critiqued, work on them again, ect, ect, until they are good enough to post. I think it will help the GFX grow and improve.

I have already registered the IRC channel, and to join it (after you get on the SytheIRC, of course), type "/join #gfx".

You have to make sure people will be active otherwise it's a waste.
