On 09-27 Orteganito and I agreed to the terms of :

1. 50m for 67 - 94 mage (12m estimated in supplies, but leaving 18m on account)
2. 12m for full graceful (from 77 marks of grace and 51 agility)
3. Items will be left on account
4. Estimated completion time is 11-14 days (but expected to probably be completed earlier)

As of 09-28:
Full graceful had been completed and he had gotten to 72 magic.

09-29:
I logged onto account in the morning to check on status of training, and all supplies, teleports, pvm tab, and any valuables had been cleared from account. As well as my firecape had been dropped.

I checked Sythe, and Orteganito had pmed me asking me, "Why did you trade items.." When I had not accessed account.

Orteganito was the only person who had access to my account, unless he gave log in details to one of his workers or somebody else. I changed password to a unique unused password moments before giving Orteganito access to my account, so I am confident he is the only person who had access to it.

I let him know that I did not want to create dispute and gave him time to put items back onto the account and make up for what he had done, after this he decided to go and take the several NMZ points that he had gained while training stats from 67-72. This showed me that he was not willing to discuss this and was trying to get everything he could from the account.

I will be posting pictures of bank from before and after below, if any pictures of conversation with Orteganito are needed I would be happy to supply. Thank you.

All the conversations went directly to the sythe.org PM, do not subcontract any work, I did everything, I have certain doubts about this service, the first day I received the job I had an amulet of fury the next day when I checked I had the occult necklace (the client should not have entered the account without warning before) I did not take much importance, last night after finishing 72 magic close session, today almost 12 hours without connecting I see someone else logged in 3 hours before me, When he finished entering, he didn't have any of his items, his chat status was ON when he had left it off last night, new contacts added in the chat and 1 ignored and he said he didn't know anything about it.

 

All conversations have happened through sythe PM's, would you like for me to just screenshot those?

 

As far as fury and occult - I had left furry on the account as you can see from previous pictures. The only reason that I did not have occult is because I was not able to wear it yet, but because I logged on and saw that it had been leveled to 70 I switched because it is better than the fury.
As far as me not logging onto the account - I was never told any terms of service in which I had to let you know before I was going to be going onto account, so I never assumed I would have to do so.

 

I have something more than 3 hours with problems with the internet so it took me a long time to respond and I tried to solve saying that I could train your account while I was able to replenish your articles but that it would take longer than estimated and I did not get any response to this

 

You did not get a response because I was away from my computer, the entire time you have been having "issues with your internet" your sythe account has been active.
You blocked me, stole my gold, and dropped my firecape

 

Sir when I blocked you? you just didn't answer the PM anymore, I wanted to solve this and I didn't get answers, it seems that you only want to harm my reputation

 

I tried responding to your sythe pm's but I couldn't because I had been blocked

 

I honestly just want my gold that you took off my account, the gold from the service you did not finish, and for you to pay reparations for dropping my firecape.

 

Sir, if I really wanted to cheat, the service was not even started and I left with your gold, but I finished the request for agility in less time than estimated and after the magic began, everything disappeared, what would I gain by dropping your Firecape?

 

I'm really not sure. But I do know you were also accused of lvling a pures defense to level 17 while training their account, I am not sure why you run your business the way you do.

he raised the defense in his account to blame me, read the dispute well and you will prove it, if I were responsible for that I would have the DNT sign and not him

Did you inform Kam that he had to remove excess wealth before the service began, either on Discord or through Sythe PMs?

 

I did not inform him because when he checked his account to start the service he no longer had wealth, he only had what was necessary for the contracted work (money for runes and armor)

 

As I explained to you in PMs earlier, unfortunately the lost items can't be proven. Whether that was yourself @Kam7877, your friend, Orteganito or a third party from an account compromise. You also logged into your account multiple times through the service.

@Orteganito you'll need to return the payment for his magic training as that wasn't complete. 47.6m needs to be returned back to @Kam7877

Per the section sticky rules here: [Section Rules] Skill Training and Refunds, as a service provider it is your responsibility to inform the customer to remove any excess wealth before a service begins. You've been given a TWC as you failed to do this
