How do people get such good Picture Quality..?

    How do people get such good Picture Quality..?
    I take pictures by holding control and print screen and upload them to photobucket and my pictures come out with shitty ass quality.. Why do other peoples pictures look so good..?

    How do people get such good Picture Quality..?
    Also, for some reason, when I hold ctrl down with prntscrn, the quality tanks.
    But if I only use prntscrn, it's perfect.
