I cant recieve files on msn, but i can send them

help please, i disabled firewall etc but still wont let me recieve but i can send them, need help asap

 

I think it has something to do with virus scanning the files you want to recieve, if you go to options -> file transfers you should be able to set your virusscanner and/or download Windows Live OneCare. If that's not it I don't have a clue.

 

go to file transfer, and click scan with "what ever antivirus u got" i use norton, are u can disable it. look around you'll see

but supprisingly it let me recieve files today but last night it wouldnt.

i finally know why it didnt work, when i went to use msn last night it was updating and while it updates you cant recieve anything, duno why that is but
