    They aren't rare because they can now be received as drops from PvP, instead of ONLY Mithril Dragons, thus making them less rare.

    Just to clarify: People are getting them alot via new PVP as random drops. I suspect the new PVP fluctuated the ammount of D Meds, hence the vintage Supply>Demand
