Proof that the service was not completed: Service was completed and my worker had 95 MOGs on the account which the buyer banked even though it's stated in our TOS that they are not to log in.

The marks of grace where unbanked when I got told to unbank them. I never logged onto the account after that. I wasnt asked if I wanted to keep the marks it was assumed I didnt. I would have like to have been asked if I wanted to keep the marks before they where taken off the account. I do not have the marks as they where taken by the worker however these are claiming the worker never took them. I paid for the sevice before hand and no where was I asked about MOG.

 

In the quote we clearly stated you were not charged for MOG. Also we never removed anything from your bank as we never had access to the bank (you had a bank pin which you never gave us). Our ticket transcript will prove we never had access as well.

 

as I said at the start of the first bit the marks where unbanked when I got told to unbank them. The marks where taken off the account when I logged in and I thought that was the end of this all? If I broke TOS and allegedly took the marks (which I did not) then why was the hunter also done and the service not suspended? I dont understand why you carried on to the end after the agility if I broke TOS? I never took the MOG and this may be why he carried on the job?

If I broke the TOS why was everything else on the account completed before this is being brought up? Why did your worker continue to work on the account even though he is accusing me of taking the marks when I didnt? I logged in and there was no MOG on the account and then you try to blame me after both services are completed

I wont be paying for something I didnt recieve so if that results in a ban then so be it

 

I banked them and then when they asked I put them back in the invent like they asked but they never put that bit in

 

I am not paying for something that I did not recive... I put them back in the invent after they asked and the worker took them off. I really dont understand how hard this is? They completed 2 taskes for me Agility no1 and hunter no2. They completed agility then went on and completed hunter and had no issues? Im sorry but if I had taken the marks off I would have complained after the agil not the whole task. Also, I left the convo and the group they are apart of because I can not be dealing with the lies. Yes I know it looks suspicios because of a mix up and I banked the MOG however I returned them to the invent and nothing has been said untill after the both task have been completed and a few hours after it all too!

 

He did tell me he put them back but never left a SS and my worker asked for them to be put back multiple times up to when the job was completed continuing until this morning. Will provide SSs of my worker asking multiple times here in a few. Driving with wife currently.

 

Its really annoyed me that I pay 46m for some work to be done on my account and then get accused of stealing
