Need help in unlocking an account

Well i have a Range/Mage Pure Name < S1r p00n4l0t >. I really can't be doing with training another account up. I especially don't feel like doing dt again. So here is my problem; For some reason the account got locked, i don't remember the recov's. But i remember quite alot of the infomation. If i try and unlock it it will stay pending for around 5 days, then will get denied. If anyone knows how i may unlock this account please add me on msn: [email protected]. Or post here, thank you for any help given.

 

it takes only 3 days not 5, and just put right information and 1st password is very needed than creation details and if u put all right u will get unlocked after 3 days.

 

put in as much info as you can. keep trying

 

Dude if you know the information to make it a member, it's like a guaranteed recover

My cousin stole an account, made it a member, then the guy took recovered it back.

And the only info my cousin had were 2 passwords and the membership info - and he got it

That better not be true -,-. My acc is locked because my m8 made it mems and tryed to steal it. Atm i'm waiting for the answer but I got all info but creation day.. and of course mem info. Think he can still recover?

 

Agreement number, IP adresses and as much other info as you can put in is the only way, but the first two go a long way.
A little ass kissing never hurt either

 

had same issue what I did was ... in the section where it says other info/comments , i gave them as much info as i could like any payment info, previous addresses, names on friends the list, previous passwords, ip addresses etc. and some ass kissing. I sent this same info 3 times and on 3rd time the account was unlocked.

I am assuming the first 2 jagex employees didnt take time to read the comments section and skipped over it. Thank god the third one was doing a proper job. God luck and hope this helps.
