Scammed by BankerGold

Scammed by BankerGold on dreambot(his name there was Banker) website. Ordered a private script from him on there and didn't received it.

Can confirm this indeed was my account and this is correct.

However I would like to also point out.

Nowhere in the dispute have I refused completion of the script - I have refused to refund development time.
In the linked dispute I have outlined my situation and unavailability.

I have absolutely full intention of finishing the script regardless of the views of parties involved as I have no intention to scam.

It is simply unreasonable to order service - pay for development time - have the time used and then request that the developer/service provider discard the time and work put into the service and provide a full refund.

This would simply not be possible for a service provider for such activity as training a skill in RuneScape, there is evidence of the work (in a GitHub) which the customer has had access to throughout the development - work has been put into the service, I have not simply taken money and refused the service.

As stated, I will be completing the script as I will not be issuing refund for the work I have put into the script up to this point, I do not by any means expect any more payment as I agree completely that I am in the wrong for the time taken to complete the service.

So idk how to feel on my part about this when the script is taking literally now almost 3months and I can't see any proper progress on in it. For the last month there wasn't any proper discussion as u see . Because he just ignores me and don't reply .

 

As stated in previous post - I explained the lack of activity and availability. I admit it should've been done directly to the customer and not in the form of a dispute.

However there has been work completed - in relation to screenshots work has been completed however nothing I feel notable enough to commit to git as I am restructuring an element of the code in order to more efficiently suit the purpose of the script.

I have not been ignoring anyone, I have explained my unavailability. I only knew about the dispute to begin with as one of my friends had notified me in person that he'd seen I've got a dispute which prompted me to log in and reply.

I'll make this clear again - I have every intention of finishing the script and resolving this issue, I have no intention whatsoever of scamming and ruining the reputation I have built.

I shouldn't expect more than 1-2 weeks with my current availability however it's going to be largely more difficult due to being banned I cannot test anything through the bot client itself without creating a new account - which I won't be able to do without permission from the site staff. And all testing was completed on the customer's accounts which I don't for any moment expect to have access to.

 

I requested a refund due to @BankerGold failing to meet his contractual obligation in a timely manner. The Admins of Dreambot ordered Banker to issue the refund and he denied to do so, he was banned from Dreambot for scamming until the refund is sent. His lack of communication with his customers displays an inability to conduct proper business in a professional capacity. I will not accept the completion of the script.

I refer to my initial point.

Money was paid for development time which the user has had access to throughout the time and remains within access to.
I will not be refunding for the work that has been put in, this would be unreasonable for any other service which were to be completed so I will not be issuing a refund.

I have offered to remain with the initial proposal of the script being completed without any more payment, which is still open.

The user has access to all work completed up to this point so they have full access to all work that was completed - I will not be issuing any refunds for work that I have already completed, my time is not free and I will not be treating as such. I understand the time taken has exceeded the initial estimate and I have accepted responsibility for this - I have offered the script to be finished to its full capacity without further requests to the user in terms of account and financial.

I am not scamming in any form - my time was paid for and I delivered the development in a Github which as stated the user has had access to.


I won't be issuing a refund - my offer of the script to be completed always remains open.

Edit: DreamBot have also noted that delivery of a completed script would also grant an unban from the site - not just a refund, regardless of what the customer has requested.

Please present this contract. I'm under the impression it doesn't exist as it's not been brought forward by either party.

@BankerGold will keep his DNT until the finished script has been provided to you. It's in your interest to accept this from him.

Let's hope you can keep steadfast to this claim. I would highly encourage you to complete this as quickly as possible if you wish to return to Sythe and want a successful pardon.
